Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive who shares our dedication to addressing customers’ needs and solving issues and is ready to proactively ensure the best experience for our vast range of clients.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will be reporting to the Customer Success Manager in Hong Kong. Your key responsibility will be to provide excellent levels of customer satisfaction to maintain customer relationship and to strengthen customer experience.
You will be responsible for effectively onboarding new customers by providing dedicated training sessions and attending to any other customer requirements.
This role will also require you to collaborate internally to understand product development and ensure alignment with customer prioritisation.

- At least 2 years’ experience working in customer service capacity in a Fintech, Finance or Technology environment
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent service manner and communication skills with a focus on responsiveness
