Know Your Customer Limited has introduced a new enhancement to its platform: translation support for case names and addresses.
This new Google Translate feature automatically converts case names and addresses that appear in a language different from the user’s workspace settings, improving accessibility and enabling reviewers to assess entity details in their preferred language.
The enhancement is designed to support reviewers working with multilingual and cross-border customer information. Translation support is currently available for English, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish (more languages coming soon).
